We collaborate with you in selecting materials, finishes and FF&E pieces that complement the architecture. As we draft your custom millwork pieces, we consider your specific lifestyle and organizational needs. We offer the opportunity to experience the design process through realistic renderings and immersive walks around the entire project.

P.S. - FF&E stands for "Furniture, Fixture & Equipment". This covers everything from area rugs and accessories to lighting and plumbing fixtures.

During this phase, you get to kick back as we meticulously document every component of the project. We compile a comprehensive set of construction drawings and detailed product specification sheets. We handle all coordination with contractors and vendors as we inspect every detail of the construction, ensuring a seamless and timely execution that stays true to the design intent. Throughout this process, we share images and videos to keep track of progress.
